Russian Sage is a nice, airy, and fragrant perennial. The flowers are tall lavender stalks that persist for months. The foliage is a silvery-green color. Russian Sage is one of the few deer-resistant perennials. It must be pruned back almost to the ground in the fall. It is extremely attractive to bees.
